To verify that a request has been made by you, we ask for a copy of your ID. Please black out your passport photo, MRZ strip, passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) to protect your privacy.

We will respond to your request within four weeks .

You also have the option to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority .
